XOX Mobile, pengendali talian telefon yang semakin berkembang telah menamakan pemain badminton nombor 1 Malaysia, Dato’ Lee Chong Wei sebagai duta jenamanya, hari ini.

XOX Mobile telah mempamerkan prestasi yang baik apabila mencatat keuntungan bagi tempoh empat suku yang lepas, dengan keuntungan selepas cukai sebanyak RM 1.17 juta bagi jumlah perolehan sebanyak RM90.95 juta bagi tahun kewangan berakhir 30 Jun, 2015.

Dengan kemunculan pelan pasca bayar yang baru sahaja dilancarkan, pengguna XOX Mobile kini mencapai 920, 000 orang.

Pemilihan legenda badminton Negara ini dilihat mampu menjadi satu kuasa penjenamaan dan meletakkan XOX Mobile pada profil yang lebih tinggi, dan memungkinkan untuk syarikat ini memperoleh lebih ramai pengguna.

Pemilihan Dato’ Lee Chong Wei bertepatan dengan prestasi serta kebangkitan yang ditunjukkan oleh bekas pemain nombor 1 dunia ini. Memenangi pingat perak sebanyak dua kali pada kejohanan Olimpik, beliau baru sahaja menjuarai Malaysia Masters Grand Prix Gold, minggu lalu dan berkemungkinan akan mewakili Negara pada kejohanan Olimpik 2016 di Brazil, Ogos ini.







XOX Mobile telah memperuntukkan RM 30 juta bagi strategi pemasaran serta promosi untuk tahun 2016 dan dijangka dengan majlis menandatangani Dato’ Lee Chong Wei sebagai duta selama dua tahun, jenama ini akan lebih menonjol dan menjadi perhatian dalam kalangan penduduk Malaysia.

Menurut CEO Kumpulan XOX Mobile, Encik Ng Kok Heng, persamaan antara XOX Mobile dan Dato’ Lee Chong Wei menjadikan perkongsian ini sangat jitu. 

“Dato’ Lee bukanlah dari keluarga yang senang. Beliau juga tidak mempunyai latar belakang keluarga yang terlibat dalam sukan badminton, namun semangatnya untuk menjadi juara telah meletakkan beliau pada mata dunia. Komitmennya untuk terus berlatih dan menjadi lebih baik telah meletakkan beliau dalam senarai Top 10 di peringkat dunia sepanjang kariernya.”

“Tidak seperti Dato’ Lee Chong Wei, kami belum lagi menjadi juara. Namun, kami sedang berusaha ke arah itu walaupun ia tidak mudah memandangkan persaingan yang sengit didalam industri ini. Kami sememangnya mempunyai daya tarikan tersendiri terhadap pengguna yang mementingkan nilai serta yang mencari tawaran yang hebat. Dato’ Lee Chong Wei berkata beliau amat berbesar hati dipilih sebagai duta XOX Mobile. Beliau telah menggunakan perkhidmatan XOX Mobile selama dua tahun dan juga pernah bekerjasama dengan mereka sebagai sebahagian daripada Persatuan Badminton Malaysia (BAM).

Jalan-jalan Sepahtu Sinar Di Amanjaya Mall

Sabtu lalu, misi pencarian jaguh karaoke Sepahtu Sinar telah menutup tirai sempena Jalan-Jalan Sepahtu Sinar di Amanjaya Mall, Sungai Petani Kedah. Seawal jam 10 pagi lagi, orang ramai sudah membanjiri lokasi uji bakat pertandingan pencarian jaguh karaoke. Paling teruja, apabila menyaksikan orang ramai beratur pada jam 8 pagi lagi untuk menjadi 30 orang pertama yang bertanding ke peringkat seterusnya.

Oleh sebab itu, pihak Sinar FM mengambil keputusan untuk meneruskan lagi sesi ujibakat dan hanya 63 peserta yang mengambil tempat bagi sesi ujibakat ini. Hanya 5 peserta sahaja yang berjaya akan dipilih untuk beraksi ke peringkat akhir bersama lima lagi peserta yang disaring terlebih awal ketika Sinar FMbersiaran. Peserta yang hadir ke sesi pencarian jaguh karaoke ini bukan sahaja dari Sungai Petani, malah ada juga datang dari Petaling Jaya, Johor Bahru dan Perak.







Jika lokasi pertama Jalan-Jalan Sepahtu Sinar sebelum ini berlangsung di Plaza Angsana Johor Bahru dimeriahkan oleh Siti Nordiana, kali ini di Kedah, Mark Adam merupakan artis undangan yang berganding dengan pengemudi Sepahtu Sinar untuk menjadi pengadil. Mark Adam turut menghiburkan penonton dengan lagu-lagu popularnya seperti Marry Me dan banyak lagi. Selain itu, penyampai Sinar FM Abby Fana dan Jamal Jamaluddin juga memeriahkan pentas acara Jalan –Jalan Sepahtu Sinar Sabtu lalu.

Menurut Pengurus Kandungan Sinar FM, Shidah Khasim, “Sambutan meriah terhadap acara Jalan-Jalan Sepahtu Sinar di Kedah ini merupakan satu kebangaan bagi kami di pihak Sinar FM. Pencarian jaguh karaoke Sepahtu Sinar di Johor pada minggu lalu juga menyaksikan penonton dan peserta yang sangat agresif sama seperti di Kedah. Ini membuktikan bahawa penerimaan pendengar terhadap acara hiburan sebegini dan pengemudi Sepahtu Sinar sangat memberangsangkan. Seramai 2 ribu penonton telah membanjiri lokasi Amanjaya Mall untuk sama-sama berhibur dengan penyampai Sinar FM dan artis undangan yang hadir dan menyaksikan persembahan nyanyian.

“Memandangkan penerimaan pendengar sangat menggalakkan, pihak Sinar FM berhasrat untuk meneruskan lagi aktiviti sebegini sebagai salah satu cara untuk merapatkan lagi silaturahim dengan para pendengar di masa akan datang. Tiga peserta yang bertenaga, berbakat dan dan berjaya mencuri hati pengadil masing-masing membawa pulang wang tunai RM 3000 tempat pertama, RM 2000 bagi tempat ke-2 dan RM 1000 bagi tempat ke-3.

Program Jalan-Jalan Sepahtu Sinar ini merupakan sebuah program pembuka tirai tahun baru 2016 bagi stesen Sinar FM. Pihak Sinar FM membawakan Sepahtu Sinar kepada pendengar terutamanya yang berada di luar bandar kerana lokasi begini banyak mendapat permintaan untuk bertemu serta melaksanakan beberapa aktiviti bersama mereka. Ini juga sebahagian dari usaha Sinar FM untuk menghargai pendengar. Pengemudi baru bagi segmen Sepahtu Sinar, Jep, Shuib dan Rahim telah pun tamat pengembaraan mereka ke sekitar selatan dan utara negara sambil memperomosikan segmen sarapan pagi Sepahtu Sinar setiap hari Isnin hingga Jumaat pada jam 6 pagi hingga 10 pagi.

Tahun 2016 merupakan tahun ke-5 Rancangan Sarapan Pagi ERA fm yang dikemudikan oleh Johan, Haniff dan Ray keudara. Berkat kesabaran dan kerjasama dari pelbagai pihak yang terlibat, JoHaRa telah berjaya menarik 2.6 juta pendengar setiap minggu.

Seperti kebiasaan, para selebriti pastinya teruja apabila diundang untuk menjadi artis undangan di segmen Sarapan Pagi JoHaRa Pagi ERA bersama Johan, Haniff dan Ray. Inilah masanya untuk para pendengar menghiburkan diri dengan melayan celoteh pengemudi JoHaRa Pagi ERA bersama artis-artis kesayangan mereka. Kali ini, JoHaRa mengambil inisiatif bagi memberikan penghargaan kepada rakan- rakan media di meja hiburan yang banyak memberikan sokongan serta liputan sepanjang 5 tahun ERA fm bersiaran.

“Penghargaan ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk menemubual para wartawan hiburan mengenai isu-isu dan gossip semasa mengenai artis-artis serta apa jua perkembangan hiburan terkini serta pengalaman mereka bekerja sebagai wartawan hiburan. Perlaksanaan ini adalah bertujuan untuk menaikkan martabat wartawan hiburan negara yang kadang kala menjadi penyumbang bagi kejayaan seseorang selebriti tanahair. Selain itu, pihak ERA fm turut mengucapkan jutaan terima kasih kepada pihak Yusuf Tayyub kerana menjadi penaja segmen JoHaRa Pagi ERA” tambah Nazri, Pengurus Kanan Kandungan ERA fm.

MET10 AWARDS Iktiraf Pemuzik Inggeris Tempatan

Sebagai pembuka tirai bagi acara MET10 Awards pada malam ini,  peminat bakal menyaksikan kehadiran beberapa rapper terkenal tanahair seperti  Kumpulan Kartel (Joe Flizzow, Altimet dan SonaOne), kumpulan pop rock Paperplane Pursuit dan Resh yang pernah tersenarai dalam Carta di US, dan De Fam yang akan menggegarkan pentas dengan lagunya terhangat mereka berjudul ‘SUPEGIRLS’.Ternyata, MET10 Awards pastinya menjadi malam yang penuh bertenaga dengan adanya persembahan-persembahan oleh artis popular tanahair!

MET10 Awards merupakan sebuah Anugerah bertujuan untuk meraikan kejayaan serta memberi pengiktirafan kepada barisan artis Malaysia yang menyanyikan lagu berbahasa Inggeris yang mengungguli carta mingguan Malaysia English Top 10 (MET10) setiap hari Ahad dari jam 3 hingga ke 4 petang di hitz fm. MET10 telah diperkenalkan pada tahun 2000, dan telah melaksanakan anugerah pertamanya pada tahun 2005. 

Buat julung-julung kali diadakan, pentas anugerah ini turut menggabungkan beberapa hos sampingan antaranya seperti Jake Abdullah, Jason Lo, Arnold Loh dan Ryan Matjeraie untuk memeriahkan lagi pentas di StarXpo Centre @ KWC Fashion Mall pada hari Sabtu (16 Januari) selama 3 jam. 





Menurut Raqeem Brian selaku Pengurus Rangkaian Kandungan hitz fm dan ERA fm, 

“Pihak kami menggabungkan keempat-empat pengacara kerana, pada asalnya Carta MET10 sememangnya dikendalikan oleh Arnold dan Ryan , sebelum Jake dan Jason mengambil alih pada Oktober tahun lepas.  Kami fikir,  ini mungkin sebuah kombinasi yang agak menarik untuk menghidupakn lagi pentas MET10 Awrads. Jadi, insitiatif ini dianggap sesuatu yang akan menaikkan tahap kegembiraan para penonton. Mereka juga akan menjadi sebuah gandingan pengacara yang hebat kerana mereka sangat meghiburkan”.

Salah satu acara kemuncak pada malam ini adalah kehadiran sebuah kumpulan yang pernah mencetuskan fenomena baru muzik tanahair iaitu OAG dengan lagunya berjudul 'TV 60-an'. Apabila OAG mula beraksi dengan lagu meletopnya, pasti penonton akan menjerit keriangan sebagai tanda kerinduan mereka! Persembahan lain termasuklah penyanyi rock indie terkenal OJ Law, Jin Hackman, yang popular sebagai seorang rapper bercerita tentang bagaimana jika kite menjadi pisang berjudul “Banana” kita kanak- dan kumpulan rock Kyoto Protocol. 

MET10 Awards turut menampilakan beberapa nama besar pemuzik dan selebiriti tekenal tanahair seperti Liyana Fizi, Moots (Popshuvit), Mookie (One Buck Short), Dangerdisko, Shawn Lee, DJ Leng Yein, Hunny Madu, MaxMan TV and hitz fm clan Ean, Arnold, RD, Alexis, Ryan, Adam Izzy, Sher, Michelle dan Juanita.

Malaysia Launches E-VISA For Chinese Tourists

The Minister of Tourism and Culture Malaysia Dato’ Seri Mohamed Nazri Abdul Aziz officially launched Malaysia’s e-Visa programme today. 

The visa exemption and e-Visa programme is introduced by the Malaysian government to facilitate tourists from China travelling to Malaysia. Implementation of the e-Visa system is the key initiative to help accomplish the goal of further expanding and developing the tourism industries of both Malaysia and China.

The implementation of the e-Visa system will be carried out in three phases starting with Chinese nationals residing in Mainland China, followed by the second phase that includes Chinese nationals residing outside Mainland China, and eventually with the final phase, which incorporates other countries such as India, Myanmar, Nepal and Sri Lanka. 







The e-Visa is for the purpose of travelling and visiting relatives and friends only, with the length of stay limited to 30 days and for a single entry to Malaysia within three months from the date of issuance of the e-Visa. 

Applicants will be alerted via email on their visa approval within 24 hours during working days. Starting from today, Chinese tourists can visit www.windowmalaysia.my/evisa, the official website for Malaysian e-Visa application, to submit relevant documents, pay a processing fee of USD25 and print the e-visa on their own. 

In addition, the Malaysian government has also announced visa-free entry from 1 March to 31 December 2016 for Chinese tourists staying in Malaysia for a period not exceeding 15 days, subject to certain conditions. 


In the launching ceremony, Dato’ Seri Mohamed Nazri also announced the appointment of Shila Amzah, the famous Malaysian singer, as Malaysia’s Tourism Ambassador in China. Shila received wide attention after her appearance on the Chinese TV show Asian Wave and has become a household name after her participation in “I Am a Singer”. She has performed at various Sino-Malaysia diplomatic events and contributed greatly to Malaysia-China friendship. Through this appointment, Malaysia hopes more Chinese people will learn more about Malaysia and travel to the country.

Up until the two-door RT7000 Refrigerator, top-mounted refrigerators faced the challenge of keeping food fresh and odour-free due to the sharing of a single evaporator between the fridge and freezer compartments. As a result, odour mixture occurs between both compartments, affecting the freshness and taste of the food stored in the refrigerator. With the Twin Cooling PlusTM technology, the two-door RT7000 Refrigerator has an independent cooling system with two separate airflows catering to their respective compartments – this prevents the cross-flow of odours, maintaining the natural flavour of the food. 

The Twin Cooling PlusTM technology ensures a constant optimum humidity level and ideal temperature. With a humidity level of up to 70% in the fridge, fruits and vegetables no longer need a dedicated vegetable box or extra wrapping to maintain their crunch and fresh condition, even days after their purchase. This feature enables the entire fridge to be used as a vegetable and fruit box, increasing storage capacity. Home-owners no longer need to worry about their food drying up in the fridge. 











The two-door RT7000 Refrigerator is fit for every family and caters to different needs and lifestyles, thanks to their smart conversion feature. With five different modes available (regular mode, energy saving mode, vacation mode, fridge-max mode, and mini-fridge mode), this technology allows for more efficient usage. The different modes refer to the settings of the fridge and freezer compartments; where each compartment can be converted to have the same settings as the other, or a compartment can be completely idle. Owners benefit by saving more energy, experiencing more flexibility in space usage and gaining more control over their refrigerator.
To add onto the refrigerator’s adaptability, the CoolSelect Plus feature enables different temperature settings depending on the family’s needs; where the temperature of the fridge compartment can be adjusted to better fit what is being stored.

The two-door RT7000 Refrigerator is built to be a storage haven of fresh ingredients; hence, the RT7000 Refrigerator comes in nine different capacities. Regardless of the size of the household, Samsung’s newest refrigerator can easily store a week’s worth of grocery shopping for the whole family. An extension of its large capacity is the refrigerator’s Big Guard feature where door compartments are built to hold larger items such as gallon milk bottles and large juice boxes.


In conjunction with the launch of Samsung’s new two-door RT7000 Refrigerator with Twin Cooling Plus™ technology, consumers can enjoy Parent’s Day Promotion during a week-long of digital appliances roadshow held at 1 Utama Shopping Centre. The new refrigerator is also available at all Samsung stores and selected authorised dealerships at a recommended retail price starting from RM 1,699 – RM 3,599.
